The Mystery at the Ski Jump is the twenty-ninth volume in the Nancy Drew Mystery Stories series. It was first published in 1952 under the pseudonym Carolyn Keene. The actual author was ghostwriter Alma Sasse (gasp!).
Did you read Nancy Drew or Hardy Boys detective books when you were growing up? I did. I loved them. It's been a while since I've revisited them and no doubt they have aged. However as a children's book I still think they have a place for keen readers with a eye for yesteryear in their reading portfolio.
I think every Lodge or Mountain apartment need a book like this in their bookshelf. if only for the cover art.
