Casual Sales Assistant 3 days a week: 1 full day & 2 half days. 

Come join Falls Creek’s newest retail offering: I Dream of Snow!

I’m looking for 1 or 2 people to work 1 full day and two half days a week starting Monday 19 June and working till the end of the snow season. 

Weekly Days & Hours: Monday 10am – 6pm. Wednesday & Thursday 1-6pm.

I Dream of snow is the only store in Australia stocking authentic Vintage Ski & Snow collectables, renting out over 100 authentic vintage and retro snow suits and coupling all this with brand new alpine gifts and homewares sourced from Europe, many brands that are only being stocked by I Dream of Snow.

The job in a nutshell: Provide high levels of sales & customer service to all everyone who visits and/or contacts the store, and have some fun whiles you’re doing it.

What am I looking for from a staff member? It’d be great if you loved ski vintage as much as I do…but that’s a pretty small demographic. So, I’ll settle for someone who loves the snow, gets a buzz out of retail and can smash a sales target the way I crash through a ski gate on Father Fosters (fast, but hopefully without the cartwheeling).

• Vintage & Retro suit hire! Staff get to rent 1 outfit a week for $1 (T&C’s apply)
• Get to ski/ride before work! Even if you work all day Monday…10am start! Catch first lifts for an hour and then shimmy out of your snow gear and start work at 10am.
• Finish work at 6pm…the night is yours to do with as you wish.
• Champagne Shopping 1 day a week, which means knock off drinks once we shut the register.
• My Chief Happiness Officer is Spot, a Kelpie German Shepard. He already thinks you’re great and can’t wait to meet you. 
• Above Award hourly rates. 

I can’t offer any accomodation. Sorry. You’ll need to have found a bed on or off the hill through someone else if you need accomodation to be able to do this job.
