Vintage Peter's Ski-Skates. Safe for Children, Fun for All!
No need of ice, no danger of drowning. Used wherever there is even a light snow. Safe, fascinating, fun! Made of hardwood, with a grooved bottom and adjustable bindings.
Patented in 1928 and the USA patent mark is on the outside of the box and on the toes of the skates. Comes in the original box but it is missing parts of the end flaps. The skis are in excellent condition. They have a strap at the ankles and one that goes over the middle of the foot. There is a metal heel rest that is adjustable with notches cut in the wood to move the metal.
They are designed for children but an adult could use them. Wonderful as a decorative item.
