Vintage wooden Northland Skis. Dark stained oak wood (dark chocolate in colour). 4 Lines engraved down centre of skis and a border engraved around the whole ski. The bindings are very simple, just red rubber foot pads and leather straps.
The logo identifies these skis as Northland Ski MFG Co, Saint Paul Minn., with a stag head in the logo's centre. A brand logo in good condition is pure vintage ski collecting gold! This logo was used between 1935-1940.
These skis are in good vintage condition! The a visible and identifiable road logo is a key factor when buying original vintage skis instead of reproductions.
