Curiosity Chocolates is named after Curiosity Rocks, a Jindabyne landmark and aboriginal sacred site at one end of Lake Jindabyne. The hill shaped pile of massive boulders is ancient and was most probably left behind by a melting glacier during the last ice age. Where possible they use local ingredients such as Alpine Pepper, raw honey from their own beehives and fruit and herbs from their garden.
Ingredients: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), freeze dried strawberries.
