Curiosity Chocolate's Fig & Pistachio Bar
We're told to eat more fruit and veg, here's one way to achieve that: dried fig slices and crushed salted pistachio nuts on a smooth dark chocolate base, making a satisfying 85g snack bar
Handmade artisan chocolates, made with love by Curiosity Chocolates, a small business based in Jindabyne, in the beautiful New South Wales Snowy Mountains.
Curiosity Chocolates is named after Curiosity Rocks, a Jindabyne landmark and aboriginal sacred site at one end of Lake Jindabyne. The hill shaped pile of massive boulders is ancient and was most probably left behind by a melting glacier during the last ice age. Where possible they use local ingredients such as Alpine Pepper, raw honey from their own beehives and fruit and herbs from their garden.
Ingredients: dark chocolate: (cocoa mass, sugar.cocoa butter, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla), dried figs, pistachio nuts, salt and black pepper.
