I get it. Sometimes you buy an item, and it just isn’t right, especially when shopping online. Getting sizing right with vintage clothing is tricky, so please look at the sizing guide and check your measurements before purchasing or renting.
If you are unhappy with the purchase of any brand-new stock, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as I do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing on vintage clothing. To be eligible for a Store Credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels still attached.
I don’t offer returns on any vintage items.
Exchanges
I really want you to have a great shopping experience with me. I am very happy to replace any brand new defective or damaged stock or exchange brand new stock for a different size if the sizing is incorrect.
Replacement/Exchange only apply after the item has been returned within 7 days of purchase. If you need to replace/exchange an item, please email me at info@idreamofsnow.com and with details regarding what you want to replace/exchange the item with.
Cost to ship the item being replaced/exchanged is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I do not offer exchanges on vintage items that state on the tag they have been repaired. Please read the section on “Why offer repaired Vintage items?”.
Once your return is received, I’ll email you and let you know the status of your exchange within 7 days. Shipping times will vary dependant on your location.
